Funerals
Q: Can we have a funeral in the church?
A: This can easily be arranged by contacting the vicar on (01482) 504088. You can also arrange this by telling your funeral director where you want the funeral and they will contact us on your behalf.
Before you get in touch, here are some frequently asked questions.
Q: Can we have our loved ones ashes buried in the Garden of Remembrance?
A: Yes. This can be arranged by contacting the Rev'd Paul Copley. Even if the funeral is held elsewhere or by a different vicar.
Q: Can the Rev'd Paul Copley conduct a funeral for us elsewhere?
A: If, for whatever reason, you specifically want the Rev'd Paul Copley to take a funeral just tell your funeral director and they will request him specifically.
Q: Can I have a loved one placed in St. Nicholas Book of Remembrance?
A: Absolutely. The book is a historical record so there will be a small administration fee which pays for the calligrapher to fill in the permanent record.
